Alex Wells Shapiro graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2017 with an MFA in Writing. He serves as Poetry Editor for Another Chicago Magazine, and co-curates Exhibit B: A Literary Variety Show.

His debut full-length poetry collection, Insect Architecture (Unbound Edition), is available now.
